What is the diffrence between ASA transparent and routed mode ?

Transparent mode is a Layer 2 firewall, where the interface pair of the ASA is in the same L3 VLAN.
Routed mode is a Layer 3 firewall, and each interface of the ASA is int different L3 VLAN.

Here's all you need to know about the transparent mode:
In the routed mode, the firewall act as an L3 device and is the next hop, but in the transparent mode it is just like a bump in the wire. For routed mode:
