I want to set in my network an ASA which can do at the same time:
-Firewall
-VPN
-IPS
-Content Security
-VPN SSL
All for a network with around 500 users.

Without knowing your network throughput requirements and just guessing, I'd probably say you'd be looking at a 5520.

You can't do IPS and content security on the same ASA...

What's the throughput requirement? The ssm modules just use the power from the chassis they are plugged into. The limitation really comes from traffc flowing through the box.
