If you haven't enabled ipv6 on your layer 3 interfaces then they won't pass any IPv6 traffic.

If you have it enabled, then the necessary ACLs depend on what you want to block.

MAC addresses are layer 2 and thus not applicable as a method to block layer 3 IPv6 traffic.
