I am changing my laptop to a Linux OS. But I need to be able to run Any Connect for work. Can anyone please advise me of the best/most compatible Linux distros for running Any Connect Mobility Client?

The release otes are the best source of compatibility information.

As noted there, Linux Red Hat 6, 7 & Ubuntu 14.04 (LTS) and 16.04 (LTS) (64-bit only) are compatible.
Note that the NAM and ISE Posture modules are not supported on Linux.
