The DCE/RPC Preprocessor is telling you that you have it the maximum SMB outstanding requests. Is this for North/South firewall? (SMB should typically be disabled to the Internet). If it's for East/West maybe take a look at which devices are opening so many SMB requests and create some exceptions.
