Will a PIX affect VLAN?

I'm thinking of installing a third NIC in my PIX and using it instead of a router downstream. I need to know that I won't lose any VLAN capabilities by doing this?

Here's a simplified map of what I'm planning:

Internet

| --VLAN-- Other campus networks

PIX
