How can i block access to https sites ( youtube & facebook)

But this seems to be for http and not https.

Am interested in https as most sites are using https now

 

 

 - In general a  router (layer3 device) is no (longer) suitable for your purpose. In the modern days you need to look at firewalling or appliance based firewalling solutions (which can also be moderate in price to start with). Due to the myriad of circumventing possibilities firewalls can do this at the application layer too and or are much more advanced when implementing that kind of requirements in to policies.

This is the wrong place to block content. It requires a proxy. However, if thats the only option you have , then use FQDN Access List:
