ZBF - Cisco 800 - Sip problem - timeout ?

Hi,

I have a 881w, SIP phone that are register to an ITSP over the Internet.

Some people complain that 1 / 5 they call us, they can't reach us..

Our provider told us to set the unreply to 10sec and the assured to 180sec.

Any idea how to configure that in a cisco router with ZBF ?

I have never heard those time names.

unreply to 10sec -- could this be the sys wait time?

assured to 180sec  -- Could this be the tcp idle timeout. We can modify all the timeout in the ZBF with a parameter map however We have never seen those values unreply assured ?
