Question5. We have 9300 2 switch stack for distribution layer, what options are there for redundant links is it just standard ether-channel.??

Or two independent links and use spanning-tree to ensure that one is not forwarding (until the primary goes down)

Distro layer switch and you don't want to use Etherchannel (going to the same switch)?
Personally, I would not recommend this stunt. Does not even fall under "best practice" -- rather, this is one of those that falls under the category of "what NOT to do".
