I need some guidence and support.
my office administration gave an order to a vendor that is not CISCO Partner in our area and i am also doubtfull about his creditibility. We got supply of eight CISCO switches and then i ask some question from vendor that was not well answered and increased my doubt.
These are the product details

Now i want to verify the products Serial numbers Online on CISCO site or recommend me any place from where i can verify the validity of product and warranty. i didn't find any place on CISCO website to confirm that i got the right Products from that supplier and the assure CISCO warranty???
Kindly guide me from where i can confirm that by S/No and Prod/No. Till now i didn't release his payment so i can take any action accordingly
or you can referred me to some relevant person who can help me in my issue.
