When I reload my switch, I can watch the switch boot, establish PIM and BGP neighbors with my PE router. However, if I attempt to hit Enter to sign into the rotuer via TACACS, all I get is
% Authentication failed
% Authentication failed
% Authentication failed
I get all three and a screen cycle with 1 press of the Enter key. If I wait until I get these messages,

Nov 11 16:32:48.544 UTC: %SNMP-5-COLDSTART: SNMP agent on host wo500-j3-1d-cpr1 is undergoing a cold start
and then press Enter, TACACS works without any problems. I have a couple of devices in my network doing this. The switch I am working with is a 3560, but I also have a 7606 router doing the same thing.
Anyone have any ideas ?
