Core Issue
If a router receives an outdated, corrupted, or missing link, state advertisement Open Shortest Path First Protocol (OSPF) stays in loading state and generates the OSPF-4-BADLSA error message.
Resolution
Capture the output from the show tech-support command from the router. To further address this situation, contact Cisco Technical Support.
