any engineer should know basics of AWS. So, architect associate exam is the first one. Then, depending on your "profile", you choose next certification. For network engineers, it is advanced network specialist exam. Exam includes, VPC, Route53 ,Cloudfront CDN, Security etc. all related to aws networking (from aws user point of view, it does not talk about underlaying network).
