Cannot access Partner Tools

Hi,

My Cisco ID: CSCO10479401

Registered to partner: Prodec Networks Ltd in the UK

I have email addresses:

anthony.gray@prodec.co.uk

anthony.gray@smartct.com

I cannot currently access any Partner Tools.

Can you help?

Hello Anthony,

You are trying to access content in the Cisco Partner Community, which is accessible to partners only. According to your SSO id, you do not have partner-level access on your Cisco account, which is required to access the partner community.

If you still have questions, then I recommend you email web-help@cisco.com for assistance with updating your Cisco.com account information.
