Certification

Hi all, this is a really trivial question but I’ve recently passed my CCNA and I’m in the process of ordering my certification, but my name appears to be in lower case letters and if possible I would like my name to start with capitals as just a formality.
I’ve opened a case but would like to know if this is something Cisco could change before I process it for sending. Any information would be appreciated.

@pitzettu88a I would wait until the have confirmed your name change been confirmed. In the cert tracker (https://cp.certmetrics.com/) you can download you own cert to print off, you can then check if you when you do this, your name appears correctly.

I think that if Cisco didn't process the request to send you the certification kit, you have a good chance to have your name on the certification corrected.

On the other hand, the digital copy of the certification is generated within 1-2 days of your successful exam.

Thank you for the quick reply’s, I suppose I’ll just wait for a response, and if no luck I’ll have to just settle for what I’ve got.
