How to complete the RMA order initiated by Cisco TAC engineer.
- Once the RMA is initiated by the TAC engineer.
- Customer will receive an email with the link to complete the order.
- Click on the link provided in the email.
- Fill in the shipping details and Ship to contact details

Provide the site Premium/site access details:
- Click Next and you will see review and submit screen.
- Click Submit to submit the Order.
- Once you will submit the order you will get the confirmation email from SORT - PROD <no-reply-sort@cisco.com>
