Hello,
I teach the CCNA Routing and Switching Modules for the Marine Corps. I currently have a student whose account has been placed in a compliance hold. On the Netacademy website I found that this is normally only a 2-3 hour hold, but it has been over 48 hours now and the student is missing out on training. I tried contacting the support team via Facebook but received an auto reply that no one was available. Is there another avenue to get support?

I managed to solve the problem. Open a case under https://certsupport.cisco.com/s/?language=en_US , my account was missing some information. After provided requested information, my problem was resolved.
