My account is on hold and the following message appears: "Your account is on hold.
You will be unable to access the site until your compliance check clears. This may take up to a few days - please come back and check in 24 hours.
Thank you for your patience." this has been a problem since the 27th of August. Today is the 3rd September I cannot contact the support center of the Netacad because you gotta log in for it to do so. SO Please help me someone to fix this issue.
