One of our clients has cisco devices (switches and routers) thus they need a provisioning system that will be connecting to their convergent billing system through a CRM. So they need their customer service to be doing provisioning of the leased lines, increase capacity and also the bandwidth. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. (It can be a third party as well)
