We are a business and have our sales team set up with Cisco voip phones. They are getting reports from callers saying that when they get transfered to a saleperson, and that salesperson is already on a call and declines the incoming call the message played telling them that the salesperson is busy is kind of rude. Wondering if somewhere in the admin center there is a way to change this?
