Cannot Download Custom inventory report in SNTC Portal

I need to download a custom inventory report from the SNTC portal before the USDA CCSP is removed on 02/29/2024. 

I need it with the headers in the attached excel file.

When I try to create the report using the headers in the file, I get a HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request error.
