I have booked 2x practice sessions first week of august that said session not authorized. I opened a case and they said the system did not book me right for either session. Support gave me 2 sessions which they booked. I tried to log on for 30 min and it said password failure on the anyconnect client. Support said that was because I should only try to log on 10 min before not after. I stated I tried multiple times 10 min before and 20 min after. I asked if i could get requeued or escalated with support since that agent responds 3am my time. Support ignored that request.
Its been about a month and still have not had any lab access. They said they do not do refunds. I am at a loss at next steps. Why is such a simple thing so difficult?
