Please note that you have to complete your profile before being able to download the software and you cannot leave any required field empty. If this is for your personal use you can enter "Self" as the company name and then your private home address.
Once you registered for CML-FREE and completed your profile you can download the software here:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286193282/type/286326381/release/CML-Free
Then follow the CML Installation Guide and do not forget to mount the refplat-freetier-iso file before starting the VM.
