Certmetrics tracking system shows no info on CCIE certification progress
Does anybody have a clue why certmetric online tool is not showing a CCIE recertification progress? There is zero info, and it is only when trying to display my CCIE status. For CCNA/CCNP etc. everything works great - can see my CE credits, my exams...
For CCIE status I am getting this message (certfications->expand active certifications->CCIE):
"certification progress for this certification track is not handled in this system"
Which is really strange - I mean - what other system is there? None, I guess. Where else I should track the progress? So this must be some kind of a bug.
Also, I asked my colleague who is also a CCIE and he is getting the same error message as me. I have opened a case with the certsupport team but so far they were not able to help me. Their answers are along the lines "all is fine don't worry" but I would like to see this fixed and see the progress by myself.
