cisco account authentication problems with id.cisco.com or identity.cisco.com
Hi, in the last days i struggle with the login at cisco.com and intersight.com, because my MFA/2FA/OTP was gone at cisco.com. Then i discovered that intersight.com use the identity.cisco.com authentication service and cisco.com uses id.cisco.com as another (looks newer) authentication service.
SO THERE ARE DIFFERENT???
So now i changed my password on id.cisco.com and added a MFA/2FA/OTP again and i ended up with 2x passwords and 2x OTPs for cisco.com (id.cisco.com) and intersight.com (identity.cisco.com).
Can someone give me a tip where i can find a way to fix this or some explanations?
identity.cisco.com will be redirected to id.cisco.com (status on 26.04.21)
community.cisco.com uses also the identity.cisco.com as authentication service
