Hi, how do I fix this issue of my cisco account on compliance hold? I have purchased a cml license on my personal email cisco account however when I tried to update my information after the purchase it resulted into my account being on a compliance hold?
How do I resolve this? Or how long does compliance hold usually take? I'm not able to login to cisco websites due to that. Please help.
