cisco finesse live data not loading

We are having an issue with a few admin and reports users not being able to load live data in the finesse gadget. We use Microsoft edge Version 123.0.2420.65 on windows 11. Our biggest issue is how inconsistent it is, If i try it on my device it won't load but i tried it on my colleague's device and it loads so its not a permissions issue however he has ME version 122. so thought that was the issue but another user can access it on the ME Version 123.0.2420.65. on windows 11? 

any help greatly appreciated.

Looking more into this in the developer tools on our finesse site it is telling me there is a http/2 error preventing a java script being reached
