Cisco Nexus Dashboard

I'm in the process of upgrading our catalyst switches in our Data Center to new Cisco Nexus 93180 switches and our core to Cisco 9500. We will have 2 9500s as our core, then 2 Cisco 93180s as our Mitigation switches and then 5 Cisco Nexus 9300s for our physical connections. Met with our Cisco Rep and they said I could use the Nexus Dashboard to configure and administrate it. I went through a few demos on building the network but my stupid question is...How do I standup the Nexus Dashboard for my switches? Do I have to create that, is it already built into the switches and I just have to configure it...basically how do I get to the Nexus Dashboard page to configure the switches. The documentation just says....Go to the Nexus Dashboard Page, but no info on where that is, what the address is or how to create it. Feeling pretty dumb on this one. I've not messed with the Cisco ACI stuff before

Cisco Nexus Dashboard is a central management console for multiple data center sites and a common platform for hosting cisco data center operation applications such as Nexus Dashboard Insights, and Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator. 

One more quick question, when you migrate from catalyst swiches to the data center swiches, are we go with the traditional VXLAN EVPN structure or we're going to use the ACI mode? 

According to your description, I assume that we're not purchasing the physical nexus dashboard. You can check the guide to see if virtual nexus dashboard fits your needs.
