We have recently purchased a second hand Cisco TelePresence SX20 Codec conferencing device. I have successfully reset the unit to factory defaults and I'm able to access the web management GUI.
I'm interested to find out what existing licenses are assigned to this device, I'm just not sure whether they are likely to be located within the device software, or can be found on a specific licensing portal via a serial number search.
So my question is this: What is the best way to check existing licensing for a Cisco TelePresence SX20 device?
