I have been tasked with teaching Cisco Unified Agent Console training for NCR Techs to show customer how to use this agent software? I would like to know if Cisco has a sample site where I can use this software and get familiar with it so I can train my CE's in the field. We use Cisco Jabber Client but Cisco Unified Agent Console is a lot different. Thank you
