Does REST API requires a permanent license ?

Hi,

I'm working with Cisco cer1000v cli on vmware workstation 14 for try out REST API.

I've imported .ova of csr1000v and also package of rest api (remote management package) to enable REST api function.

However, while I was installing the rest api package, the error came out.

Then, I checked my license version. The type of license is Evaluation, instead of permanent so
I'm not sure if this cause a problem.

My question is do I have to purchase a new one ?

or I might miss something in the installation processes ?
