For years now, we have seen the CCO stop working to log in to the Cisco page, forcing the use of corporate email to log in to the Cisco page.
Now I'm observing some users in my company being redirected to authenticate via SSO.
The strange thing is some users in my company use username+password (my case) and other users are simply redirected to SSO.
Can anyone tell me if this is a user option? (federated user / normal user)
Or Cisco simply no longer wants to manage passwords and is forwarding authentication based on the requestor's @domain.
In another topic I saw that a user was in a loop to authenticate on the Cisco page because his user was in "under federated status" indicating that it was a parameter in his user.
