end device pc not responding on cisco packet tracer7.3.1

hello,

i am new to packet tracer. while i tried to configure end devices like pc and laptop after designing a topology, it seems it's not responding(refer image attached below).i have updated display driver once(intel).I am using windows 10 64bit os and packet tracer 7.3.1. kindly post your answer if anyone knows the solution!

what about router or switch interface window, does it open ?  check your Windows for updates. maybe missing some .Net updates. Re-installing PT may help. 

Is PT 64-bit version as well?  (not sure if they still make 32 and 64)
