I recently purchased some Security Plus licenses for my ASA 5512-X firewalls, and went through the process of adding them to my devices list and registering the license to the Serial Numbers. However, I entered the serial number for the Chassis on the back of the Firewall, instead of using the serial number from the Sh Version command.
Is there any way I can get these licenses revoked from the Chassis and associated with the proper serial number? They are currently unusable as the Activation Key that was generated will not work with the devices.
