I CAN'T USE PACKET TRACER

Hi, I've been unable to login to my personal account to Packet Tracer even though I'm using my email and password. I'm having this problem since maintence finished. I'm developing an important persona project so I need use Packet Tracer urgently. Help me pleaseeeee!

can you use Guest account? no login but no saves or 3 saves only per single instance of PT.
