The Licensing Support Request form offers the following benefits:
For optimal support, licensing queries should either be submitted via the Licensing Support Request form or, alternatively, cases may be created and managed online via the Support Case Manager.

What's the point of the Finish button on the page after you submit the request? When you click it it just goes to another page that says "Request page not found." Is this just to show that no one bothered to test this form out before putting it into production? Imagine that!!

WOW! It's been 4 days since I submitted a request through this portal and I never heard anything back from Cisco licensing this time! Such an amazing job! I love how there's not even an email confirmation of your request or a tracking ID. This is a really nice feature! You can hire my 2nd grade child too to work on your your web portals too!
