hi there, I recently opened packet tracer and I got a notification advising me to update to the latest version, which I did now every time I open the software on the Mac (big sur 11.7.10) (intel with16gb ram and tonnes of free SSD space) I am now forced to log into net accadamy not a problem I switch on the leave active for 3 months switch and log in all good! but if I try to click on the window to packet tracer I cant open it there is no minimise button on the ne academy windows so I have to close it down getting the error that I have posted up with this and then it closes down, I've tried a few times and still I have to turn on the switch each time I log in its not remembering my choice. and now I am unable to use packet tracer since the update. Any help would be appreciated..
