I am after the document "Cisco Modular Access Router Cable Specifications".
We have a 4451-X that I need to make an external building access plate for Rs-232 DTE and E1 connections.
The router documentation references this doc, and links to

which gives a web 404 not found error.
A search on cisco.com just gives other manuals that reference the same document.

Table 3-2 WAN, LAN and voice connections, references this spec, and gives the broken link.
Is there any reference to a current (year 2020) working link?
Is there an electronic version available to be sent?
