Moving FTDs to another FMC

Hi Folks,

I have a number of FTDs i want to move to our main FTD which is used for all of our sites. I believe there is no way in doing this without reprovisioning all the FTDs on the new FMC (we would need to go to the management of each FTD and delete the management connection and it will lose configuration.) Anyone done this before?
