I can't open NetAcad support in order to report a problem with one of the courses ("Exploring Networking with Cisco Packet Tracer" exercise 1.1.6, Bluetooth Speaker sound.) [The work-around for that, by the way, is after pairing to click the "advanced" button in the lower right corner of the speaker view, then select the "programming" tab, then "run" the "bluetooth speker (JavaScript)" program. Now go back to the tablet and click the "play/stop" button in the music player. Enjoy.] In NetAcad, whenever I click on the "question mark" in the upper right and then select "netacad support" menu item, I get this error: "Please disable your pop-up blocker and click the link again." I've tried Edge and Chrome and disable pop-up blockers for both, and I still get an error. I do not have a filter on my machine. Please, fix this! I want to report the bug in the course material properly. Thank you to everyone who will help solve this, and thanks also to everyone who thought my previous posts were helpful.
