Packet Tracer 8.1 on Mac 12.1 Monterey,How to Turn off Text to Speech?

Happy New Year - 

I have installed packet tracer 8.1 onto Monterey and every time I use the CLI function to access the Router Command line, every thing is converted into Text to Speech. Has anyone been able to resolve this ?

I have not found a solution, honestly thinking about getting a real lab instead

I have even gone as far as installing BackgroundMusic from github which allows for single application volume control. Even with everything muted through that program, the text-to-speech is still going. It's horrible and unpleasant. Physical lab might be the way to go.
