Problems logging into Networking Academy

Hi. I'm trying to log into the Cisco Network Academy and have created a login as required. However, I have not been successful logging in as I keep getting the error message below. Regardless of what I try as advised in the message below, I still can't log in. Also, I don't seem to be receiving emails on the email address that I have registered with the Cisco Network Academy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kasun. Thank-you for responding. Unfortunately the link you provided doesn't take me anywhere productive (pls see attached) and my problem has still not been resolved.
