Reset SkillsForAll Course Progress

I studied for quite a while on a course on SkillsForAll, but have since stopped for months. I want to start from the beginning but obviously it has saved all my course history and quizzes/tests/labs and I want to re-learn fresh to make sure I can pass the certification with increased certainty. 

I have already un-registered and re-registered the course but it still keeps your information despite that. Any way I can accomplish this?

Cisco support stated they don’t have the capability to reset it and were SOL. Only work-around is creating a new email and starting over with a new account all-together which doesn’t work for me.
