Unable to download anything from resources page

I'm trying to download packet tracer and the VMs but when click the download links they return a "null.html" page.

Tried to download using edge, chrome and Firefox.

Do you have an account and are you logged in the netacad.com site?

If you don't have an account, you have to create one - it's simple and free.

After you login in netacad.com, follow the link to download Packet tracer: https://www.netacad.com/portal/resources/packet-tracer

Thanks for the tip.

Through netacad.com I was able to download the packet tracer but the VMs aren't available there.

I haven't mentioned earlier but this issue is happening on skillsforall.com

are you trying to download Packet tracer or Cybersecurity LabVM Workstation?

I went to the https://skillsforall.com/resources/lab-downloads and you can download either

Packet Tracer 8.2.1 MacOS 64bit

Packet Tracer 8.2.1 Ubuntu 64bit

Packet Tracer 8.2.1 Windows 64bit

or

CyberSecurity Essentials Virtual Machine for Intel or AMD CPUs

CyberSecurity Essentials Virtual Machine for ARM CPUs (Apple M1/M2)

Packet tracer for MacOS, Ubuntu and Windows are not VM's you could use in your ESXi host. They are installable programs - for example if you have a Ubuntu VM in your ESXi host, you can copy the downloaded CiscoPacketTracer_821_Ubuntu_64bit.deb and do a sudo apt-get install CiscoPacketTracer_821_Ubuntu_64bit.deb and have the Packet tracer installed in your VM.

The Cybersecurity LabVM Workstation, both of them, cannot be downloaded - it downloads a null.html file which I'm guessing is because of a broken link somewhere on the skillsforall.com site.

Try sending them a mail and for sure they will fix the problem.

Now I could download the VMs, hope they're the same as the others from the broken links.

By the way, I've received a notification that a maintenance will be made in the skillsforall site but in february 23rd.

Probably they'll fix this.

I think the maintenance window is for the unification of netacad.com and skillsforall.com platforms. I recall receiving a mail on this a week ago.
