I often schedule Webex meeting for my boss. How can she see who is invited from her Outlook calendar Webex invitation? This month I switched from using the Desktop App (integrated with Outlook) back to scheduling meetings using Webex.com online (Both my boss and I have Webex licences in our names.) so that I could access the advanced tools to assign her the co-host role, etc. This doesn't seem to be available using the desktop app. However, scheduling meetings either way, she still can't see who is invited to the Webex meeting from her Outlook calendar Webex invitation. Is there a way to allow her to view the invitees, short of scheduling her own meetings?
