Cannot change DNS

I was using OpenDNS to block bad sites and also to limit my 10-year-old's Fortnite Youtube video time. He was issued a laptop by his school district for online school this year. Seattle Public Schools locked down the laptops and also assigned the DNS server to be their own DNS server. In addition, their server doesn't actually filter or block anything. Is there any way I can force his laptop to use OpenDNS? Can I spoof the IP of their DNS server somehow within OpenDNS and redirect it? I can run "nslookup" on his laptop, which shows their DNS server name, but I cannot run a command prompt or change any of the network settings other than joining a wifi network.

School laptops are fully the school’s responsibility. Therefore you should not even try to change anything. Instead you refer to the school management to complain about not being happy with the laptop’s security.
