Cannot unblock domain

I had a few domains blocked. I attempted to unblock them. All but one allowed me to unblock. I can block and unblock every other domain even now that I still cannot unblock this specific one.

what tool are you referring to?
you may need to post this question in another forum then about Cisco networking equipment.

if this is about blocking all  emails from a certain domain? than you may refer to a mail-client? (outlook, thunderbird ?)
