I've noticed in the last week or 2 many problems have been occurring on our network. This is for Alconox. Terminal servers have become inaccessible from the outside, printing keeps freezing or taking a long time and i cant even ping my file server by name. As soon as i uninstall the umbrella agent from the computer or TS, everything starts working back to normal. I know Cisco has taken over recently, has anything changed? Why is this happening? Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help. Also is there a number i can call , i didn't see any support number?
