Custom block-page logo doesn't work

Hi!

I uploaded my custom logo for block page.
After upload i selected and "apply" changes.
Unfortunately, this has no effect at all :(
I always have the default CISCO Umbrella logo on the blocking page.
I'm working on free OpenDNS Home

What's the problem?

Hello, 

Do you have a VIP or free "Home Basics" account.The free account does not currently allow custom block pages. 

If you have a VIP account I would suggest creating a support request so we can troubleshoot this problem thoroughly.

Hello,
I'm on free Home Basic.

On dashboard i can set my custom logo but it doesn't work. I can set my own message on the blocking page - this functionality works.
The custom logo worked for a few days and after uploading the corrected logo, it stopped displaying.
