Hello, can you please tell me where can I get the Open DNS Updater Application for windows7?
I have already set up open DNS for my LAN but I cant find the "Open DNS Updater App", for when my ISP changes my public IP address.

The knowledge base is your friend. Do you expect other users to find it out for you?
Here you go: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227987867
Also, it is clearly referenced at your dashboard: https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

Wow rotblitz....you ever heard of MANNERS?
People ask questions because they need help.
Take me for example. I've been using OpenDNS for years..(9ish). I had to uninstall OpenDns updater and couldn't remember where to download it from. So I logged in and opened the Knowledge Base. In Search I entered "download DNS Updater Application" and I was taken to:
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved
Take me back to the home page
So I hit the google and the first result listed in the Community was your response. So I got the answer and was also reminded that there are a lot of smug "better than you" people out there. You do know you could simply have answered the question in a friendly civilised manner?
SMH
BTW a much more civilised approach to answering this question can be found at https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/227987867

Yeah, this is the link I posted above already.
So, what did you contribute to the topic "HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE Open DNS Updater Application"? In fact nothing!
Yes, I know, manners... But very hard to show in such cases...

Rotblitz,
Thankyou for your reply. I am sorry you are upset as I arrived here looking for a download link to the updater also. My comments are merely a reflection of what others are saying. That is all. Read them for yourself and I hope Open DNS staff read them also. If you cannot share your knowledge and support (for which we are all grateful) in good and happy light and good spirit, without being condascending to everyone that asks then it does not make for a nice community experience. Yes or no?
Your comment about me needing therapy? Sorry? That is rude. It is not constructive. It is not necessary.
Sure you are obviously knoweldablge, and to your good credit. We thankyou for that.We applaud you. But as others have commented about your demeanour, the manner in which you write your comments generally speaking leaves much to be desired. Not just here. Other threads as well.
Some people are receptive to constructive feedback. Others are not I guess.
Thankyou again and have a great day.

Who is accusing you of anything? Am I blaming you "for having information"? Nope. Wow. Okay. You win. Better we don't have civil discussion and instead blame. That's the way to an enlightenent society isn't it lol

And I don't recall deciding I needed your permission for a damned thing.
